iSurvey Pricing
There are three pricing options – Self-Serve (you do it all), Self-Serve Plus Consulting (you do most of the work, we help you with design, do any of the tricky stuff and provide rapid response as needed), and Turn-Key Solution (we do it all). Option 1: Self-Serve
We are quickly moving towards a self serve version of the application. We are adding in enhanced data analysis features (to be implemented this fall) but all of the essential components, including data collection, data backup, tracking changes to the database are all done, such that we meet the FDA guidelines for electronic data collection, are operational. The self-serve version is about $60.00 / month (which gives you access to the server, the applications, data storage, questionnaire engine to make the questionnaires and all upgrades). At this point, you get 500 or 1000 surveys for six and 12 month blocks. Beyond that there is an additional fee (0.05/survey). If a participant fills out a survey twice, it counts as two surveys. You basically contract in 6 or 12 month blocks. It is $85.00 / month (plus taxes) if you contract for 6 months, or $60.00 / month (plus taxes) if you contract for 12 months. Final pricing will be set in Jan. But we'll honour whatever we quote and give you the benefit if the prices drop.
Option 2: Self-Serve Plus Consulting
Here you do all of the labour intensive parts yourself (such as setting up the questionnaires), and we will do all of the complex stuff (e.g., email thank you and reminders, jumps, etc.). We'll also be available to talk you through whatever design or implementation questions you may have. Consultation also gets you rapid response if you find you need things set up in a different way. Here we will basically log on and make any and all changes you require, test out your survey and get you on your way). A consulting contract is a minimum of $250.00, which is usually enough to ensure that your project will be completed. Of course, this may be more depending on the complexity of the survey and on the type of changes you need to make. We'll review your survey and then agree on a fixed amount and honour that amount no matter what is required to get your survey done. Our consultants would be pleased to assist you in bring your project to success – whether that involves the initial design of your questionnaire, rendering your survey on line, or analyzing and presenting your results.
Option 3: Turn-Key Solution
We can implement, test and launch any project within 7 to 14 days. Quotes are fixed but depend on the complexity of the survey. We will provide at fixed estimate at not change, which will be honoured for 30 days. Most surveys with about 150-250 questions cost between $1200.00 and $2500.00. The cost entirely reflects complexity and labour costs.
